Ladies and Gents TFF Members:
The date for the Season opener at fairfield has been changed to Saturday, March 26th! Big change but Fairfield is scheduled to be stocked with trouts on the 24th...and of course we want to be there to catch them!
I'll get you some more details and a massive email when I get some time here soon.
So put the 26th on your Calendar!!!

I checked with BarryL and sun up is 6:52am, so I figure we'll start setting up about 7. Fly swap at 8am so bring what you'd like to trade. I'll bring some coffee and dognuts. Bring a chair for when you get tired and just want to set and talk fishin'!

Thanks for coming down to get me krebsie. I do not think I could get up early enough to make it. Looks like I may have to just stay up after work and wait. Can Someone give me directions from Indy. Thanks Mike P.

Take I65N. to hwy 38E. (Dayton) exit #168 turn right on 38E. go to Dayton Rd. in Dayton (Bed rock Liquors on corner) turn left. Take Dayton Rd. till it "T" in to CR 200S turn right. Take CR 200S about 1/2 mile to CR 750E turn left you will see ponds and hopefully our tan canvas shelter.

Are these Rainbows that are stocked. Do you have any suggestions for flies?

They are rainbows and since I have never caught one from Fairfield I would be a poor source of advice. A brown pellet fly perhaps?
