Has anyone been fishing sugar creek lately? Has the water gone down enough to wade?

I am hoping on going down the first weekend in August. I will make a post and maybe several of us can go down together. I have wanted to go, but every time the weather would be favorable, the timing would be wrong. You have to be careful at this time of year around Shades with the canoes. It is well worth the trip. Take trail five to the water and wade both directions.

Fishing been real slow for me this summer. Would like to get to Mich. City or farther north for some steelhead. Hey fishingpastor, I seen your post on steelhead site. Maybe we can connect and go up some day.
