Jay S and I went to Sugar creek last night, it felt good to finely step into a local river, the fishing was a bit slow. However we did manage to hook up on a few (small mouth like the new flexfleyes....and yes that's the way it's spelled). Does anyone know, did the power plant close in town? The coolers weren't running and everything looked closed. If it did too bad, the cooler discharge usually made for good fishing in hot weather.

Hows the water just below the plant? When the water level's right there's no better fishing but I always find it too high or too low.

The water level was good it smells like a septic tank though.
