Greetings fellow Flyfishers! Bring a friend and join us Saturday, April 3rd at 7:30 am at Fairfield Lakes. Activities for the day include, but are not limited to: 7:30 am Greetings and socializing 7:31 am Fly-swap. Bring a dozen or more of your favorite fly to exchange with other club members. All who participate will gain not only unique and interesting flies, but valuable information and wonderful stories from those who bring other flies. Lots of Fun to be had garanteed! 7:45 am Fishing officially begins. All who participate in the Contests will not be able to enter any fish, until this time. Fishing contests will include: 1. Largest trout. 2. Largest fish of any kind. 3. Most fish caught all species. There will be a $5.00 entry fee to participate in the contests. Cash Prize for the winners will be: 25% of total pot for the largest trout. 25% of total pot for the largest fish of any kind. 50% of total pot for the most fish caught all species. All fish must be caught legally in the mouth on artificial flies only. No snagging or live bait. (DAD!) Come join the fun and fellowship! It has been a long, cold, snowy winter... It's about time we get out there and FISH! There will be a shelter, and free snacks and hot drinks available. I hope to see you all there!

About 1000 got stocked last week. See you all there! Hopefully the wx will hold out...no rain scheduled until late in the day. 'course I'll fish no matter...

In spite of the high humity which struck about 9am, great time had by all and most caught at least something. Me? A couple trees behind me.
Thanks Gary and Dustin and Barry and Bob and everyone who brought stuff and helped out! Great time!!!
