I fished the Joe through S.B. on sunday and fished a ton of great looking water, the river was high-ish and not quite at full visibility. Swung flies on the spey rod most of the day with very little luck. This can be a great section of river with slightly lower flows. There are several thousand fish that should likely have held over for the winter throughout the sections through IN. Only managed one fish and it came half way through the trip.

Jordan, were you wading or float boatin'? Water looks high and worthy of dual-wading sticks!

We were floating, in the spring with lower flows that section fishes well, it needs to drop a bit before you can really wade it.
