Water was pea soup! couldn't see more than six inches under water. Lots of algae on the south end of the pond. Caught one bass on a small rattle lure. Caught one small bluegill by sheer luck. I did cast the 5wt fly rod with the dub-ceiver fly we tied last week. Nothing on the fly rod. Til next time.

Radio; I KNOW, in the interest of fair play and all that, that you will NOT use photoshop for your pic's in the upcoming tournament? Pat I love that pic.

I think you need to add a cat coming out of its mouth - then you could work up a whole slew of feline flies.

I PROMISE no Photoshop for the tournement. However, I HAVE learned there are some Micropterus Salmoides Giganticus here in Tippecanoe County somewhere...
I'll be lookin' fer em!!!

Knowing Radio, I was hesitant to do a search for that on Google - anything with giganticus is a red flag.
Chad thinks there might even be some Esox masquinongy in the Tippy, although I don't believe I've heard of anyone actually catching one.

...oh, sorry. That's my wife's arm holding that 67lb largemouth I caught...and on one of Dustin's little panfish flies too!
By the way...'Knop' is a native American term meaning Giganticus.

RF - does that mean "lake" is a native american term for "place I spend too much time when I should be home knocking out the honey do's"?
