I got out for a few hours over the weekend.
I spent an hour of two on Saturday at Fairfield and then an hour or two at Munger on Sunday. I maybe had one nibble the whole time and that was on Saturday.
Not sure what happened to the gills at Munger. I was out there a week ago when we had a couple of nice days and they were easy pickins.
I'm wondering if it might have been too sunny this weekend??? The water was pretty clear and the sun was definitely shining both times I was out (around 2 in the afternoon each day).
I don't have a thermometer, but someone I talked to at Fairfield said they took a reading and the water temp was 48 degrees. Might still be a little chilly for bass and gills to be moving much???
I know they stock trout in at least one of those lakes. Does anyone know which have stocked trout in them? If they wintered over, they might be moving.

Read the calendar. The club has an outing at Fairfield for just this reason. We will put you onto the trout. I believe it is 4/4 this year. I guess I need to read the calendar too.

The east lake is stocked each year with 6-9" rainbow. The stocking this year will occur in the next two weeks. By the way, Brenda says a couple of the regulars have been pulling Crappie in the last week.
