Fellow Fly Fishers,
On Monday (March 2nd) I sat down to check emails around 5:00 in the evening and I had a message from John Terhune, a photographer with the Journal & Courier, stating the story he was going to do backed out and was wanting to do something on fly tying. He also sent the same email to Gary Krebs.
Long story short, on Tuesday (March 3rd) I was at Gary's house to meet with Mr. Terhune. He shot video of Gary and I tying and telling what got us into fly fishing.
The article will be in Monday's (March 9th) Journal & Courier. It will be in the Local section for the Rewind column. They will also have a short video or a slide presentation with audio on their website.
This all came together with such notice, about all we could say when it was finished was WOW.
So be sure to check out the paper Monday so you can catch Gary's smiling face.

Shore did!! But tried to keep most of it focused on fly fishing, fly tying and the Club! This all happened so fast that I had to ask Rick to go first because I couldn't think of what to say! Imagine that! Rick did a great job of answering questions from the hip. Me I just stuttered a lot. But we got through it. Hope it turns out well. Rick and I both have our club shirts on. We looked like two cool DUDES!!!

Well I watched our movie stars. Thanks gentlemen. Can I get your autographs or can you tie a special fly and verify that it is an original with some type of documentation. We now have big timers in the group. Infamous from this day forward. It is really great to see how far the club has come. We will continue to grow and go with the dedication of members such as Rick and Gary and the many more that go the extra.

Yea that was the home bench! And your welcome, it was a pleasure and I'm absolutely sure that given the opportunity any one of our members would have represented our group. Krebsie

I have an extra copy of the print version if one of you characters would like it for your scrap books or if the club has a scrap book of some sort.
I suppose I could have it signed and framed, but I wouldn't want something so valuable just hanging where someone from the public could make off with it.

Great Work Guys. I particularly liked Rick's double haul on the video. NICE!
Thank you for spreading the word about our club and this fantastic sport. Hopefully that will draw a few more fly-fisherman from the nooks and crannies into our presence.
