At the Expo contacts were made with Casting for The Cure, and it has been a topic of discussion on this site. A pink fly was mentioned and I happen to have some beadhead nymphs in my flybox that are pink! I believe I seen them in Fly Tyer and they are called Gabriels Trumpet. (Hope I spelled that right) They are tied in ginger, black, and PINK. Well here it is, appoligize for the photography. My cheap HP dosen't like to do closeups.(Mr. Demil) Materials: Hook - Daiichi 1120 (scud) size 10 Head - 1/8 Gold Tungsten Bead Thread - Pink Wire - Red (small) Tail - White Goose Biots Body - Pink Flashaboo (what I have glows in the dark) Wing Case - Brown Swiss Straw (could use phesant or turkey) Thorax - Pink Ostrich Plume Hackle - White or Cream Put bead on hook and attach thread. Build up behind bead to hold in place and add a drop of Zap-A-Gap. Tye on the Goose Biot Tail. Tie in the Red Wire and Pink Flashaboo. Wrap the flashaboo to form the body and red wire for the body segments and tie off. Tie in the Swiss Straw and Pink Ostrich Plume. Wrap the Ostrich Plume to form a nice thorax. Tie in the white or cream hackle. Wrap the hackle 2 or 3 times. What ever trips your trigger. Pull the Swiss Straw over the top of the Ostrich and hackle and tie off behind the bead. Trim the bottom of the hackle and any stray fibers. Add a drop of head cement and your done.

I appreciate that you've already been thinking about my proposal and put effort into this. The fly is cool-- Definitely hope that Les can help with that camera though so that we can see it better.;D
