This is going to be a great event! All skill levels are welcome. If you have never held a fly rod to seasoned fly fisherman we have something for everyone. The hole in one challenge is inspired by our guest speaker Kevin Morlock. He said a tailing carp gives you a presentation window the size of a tea cup! There's a $50 bill in that cup for the first person who can do it but it will cost a dollar a try so bring your skillz! So bring the whole family out to Raineybrook Lake and see what fly casting is all about. We look forward to seeing you there. Fishing will start at 6:00am and will stop at 8:30am. The Casting Clinic will start at 9:00am. maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&t=h&hl=en&msa=0&ll=40.349422,-86.927218&spn=0.022698,0.055747&z=15&msid=112235733223301040167.00047ffcc7d6e0ba47d4b

No new on how things went? I was hoping to make it but work and the vet got in the way of things. Hope every one that showed up had a good time.

Had a fair turn-out around twenty. Some new faces and Gary Newlon taught a good class with others helping with hands on. Jerry Bales was chef elite and cooked a good lunch for us all. Fishing was slow, I feel because of the heat. Still it is better to fish and not catch anything than not to fish. We have a great group and would have been greater with you there. Sorry you were unable to attend. We are hoping to use the lake again later in the year.
