OK I need opinions on what would be considered the top three small streams in Indiana for trout.

I can only atest to one. The tailwaters of Brookville Lake. I can remember when they started stocking rainbow 30 years ago.
I don't recall how long ago TU started their stocking program with browns. But the browns are the predominant species now.

Pigeon River, Little Elkhart River, and Brookville Reservoir Tailwaters would be my pick for the top 3. I have only fished Brookville Tailwaters though. Now if you talk steelhead that would be different all together.
