WOW!!! Where did September go?!!! I know this is kind of late, but October 2 is the first Thursday of the month.
So the type of flies we will be tying this month are wet flies. These are surprisingly fast and simple to tie and are very affective and easy to fish.
Hope to see ya'all at Sportsmans Warehouse.

I will show up after I get done photographing James Earl Jones at Purdue. Don't plan supplies for me. I will just show up and tell tales like the rest of ya. Not that ya all tell tall tales at all. C-ya all tomorrow.

Wet flies sound great. I'll be there! Remember: *** Indiana On The Fly Committee - There is a planning meeting. 6:00 pm Sharp at Sportsman's. Let's make it a quick productive meeting so we can tie flies. Krebsie, this means you...
Rick, I have a favorite wet fly I will share, if you need some ideas. It's simple to tie and a killer on bluegill!

Great, any fly that can catch MONSTER GILLS I'm up for. I was going to show some of the standard go to flies that I use up in the driftless.

My apologies for missing this one as I LOVE to learn from all you'se guys. A day without tying...is a day without...well, poking myself. I had a Indiana Fiddlers Gathering Brd mtg that night but now have first Thursdays cleared out for the whole next year. As Arnold said once..."I'll be back..."
