Sorry this wasn't posted sooner but I was out of town yesterday.
We had a total of 5 tyers on Thursday May 1st to tie up some "panfish" flies. The 5 brave soles were Rich Moore, Gary Newlon, Dustin Tabor, Gary Krebs and my self. Dave Stallard arrived later just to sit back and watch.
The flies we tied were the Panfish Charlie, Dustin's Reelfoot Crappie Special, and the Bully Spider.
When we were finished we had enough time left to were Mr. Krebs thought us a 4th pattern. He didn't recall the name but it involved a weaving technique. Thank you Gary, I can't wait to use this fly.
I also want to send out a hearty thank you to Dustin for showing how he ties his Reelfoot Special.
I did take pictures but I need to read the instructions on how to post them. LES, HHHEEELLLPPP!!!

Hey Rick, Thanks for this posting. Here are a few pictures I took. Gary Krebs showing his talent in the "bream weaver" Rick tries to get a handle on this very interesting weaving technique. It causes quite a conundrum... Gary Newlon and Rich Moore gazing at what appears to be magic in the making. This was a fascinating tying session! Thanks to all again. I look forward to the next tying session. Mark your Calendars... THURSDAY JUNE 5 6:30 - 8:30. See you on the water!
