Since we have covered dry, wet, nymphs, streamers, deer hair, and even hobby store materials, I thought this month would be open.
Bring your materials and tie what ever you want. If there is a particular area you want help in. Bring what you need and I'm sure someone there will help you out.
If someone has a fly or new method that they want to share, by all means share it. I'm sure everyone would appreciate something new.

Great Idea Rick. I'll have materials for everything. I know that we have several new tyers. John Clanton just purchased a vise and I know he is eager to learn anything we could share with him. He did a fantastic job last month tying some pretty difficult patterns. He even created a nickname for his dub-ceiver, "The Don King". I hope to see you all there. These are things our club has to offer that you don't want to miss!

OK OK, I'll be happy to reteach the dubciever. It is a wonderful pattern, thanks to Krebsie and Phishinincident. Also, I have a new pattern called the "Crawdad Clouser" (CDC) that is simple and effective. Dad used this pattern to catch a GIANT 20 inch smallmouth this year. I have the picture, but it's on my phone. You'll have to come to class to see...

If you weren't at the fly tying event last night you missed a great evening of tying and fellowship! ;D
Thanks Dustin, as always, you are a GREAT teacher - truly you're living your call! And, of course, thank you to Radioflyer for bringing the brownies and cookies, just like you said. I appreciated Monica making the coffee last night. And thanks to everyone else who came for the great fellowship!

...like Pat said, Thanks Dustin!!! Thanks Sophia for eating brownies! Nothing like a) watching your best friend catch a smallmouth on a flyrod, and b) watching a cute little girl eat a big gooey chocolate brownie! ...and both loving every minute of it!
