I've noticed a couple people who have handy little tool caddy's that they put their tying tools in. The cup with pockets thing? Anyway, where did you get these and are they made for tying tools or just a general tool caddy in a small size?

Pat,
They are made by BucketBoss. BucketBoss is a canvas tool caddy that fits over a 5 gallon bucket and is sold at home improvement stores. You don't see the ones that fit over a coffee cup very often.
I actually got mine at Willows Basket Shop in Greenfield IN. I believe the others ordered theirs online.

I just grabbed a coffee cup and a fabric multitool holder that has several open pockets in it and stuffed it in the cup. This original idea came from Rick Staight. His is much more professional looking, but mine serves its purpose. Gary Krebs also has a nice pouch that is specifically designed for coffee cups. I think any hardware store may carry something similar.

I found a couple of the "Mug Boss" tool organizers on ebay for $3 (plus shipping - which was still cheaper than I could get them from the site I listed).
If you're looking for one, you might check it out.
