How bad do you want it?
In that Chris Helm DVD I bought, they use the Godzilla stacker. He sells it out of his catalog, but it's $75!!! Yikes!
Here's the description:
GREG’S GODZILLA STACKER This is the largest production stacker ever produced. The Godzilla Stacker is fashioned after a similar all brass, custom model, jumbo stacker made for me by the late Howard Edgin of Edgin Tools. The tool is 3½” high; the base is 1¾” wide. The inside diameter is 15/16”. The top is flared for easy insertion of a very large clump of hair. This tool is all brass with a cork bottom. It will hold up to seven pencils of hair. Weight 17 ounces. Made in Toledo, OH. $75.00

My large stacker is a Griffin. The base is made from 1 1/8 hex aluminum. The flared tube is copper, it may even be a copper plate, with an inside diameter of 53/64. It's a bit larger then 13/16.
Not as big as the Godzilla, but it doesn't cost $75 either. I got mine at Sportsman's. I think it was less then $15.

WOW 2"!!??
The large Griffin is 1 1/8" at the top of the flair. I haven't seen any stackers that big. I think you would have to have it custom made.
It wouldn't be that difficult, but someone would have the right machinery and tools to make it.
I wouldn't want it out of brass, you would have to look like Arnold Schwarznegger to use it. Aluminum would be better.
Plus it would be expensive to have a local shop make a one off.

I kind of figured you were going to be spinning some muskox hair to create the world largest muskie popper or something.
You could probably make a custom job out of different sizes of PVC or something.
