This is a product from Montana Fly called Trina's Bullet Sculpin Head. It comes in many different styles and 3 sizes. The ones shown here are black medium. The first few time I tried tying with these I use either heavy mono or steel wire. I didn't get quite the movement out of the fly I was going for. Then (as you can see at the top of this picture) I tried a split ring connection. Eureka this fly moves like a Hoochee Koochee dancer (for you young pups ask your dad or grandpa). I also tie in a loop of mono on the hook to keep the zonker strip from fowling. (you can also use the Kreb's modification's method he'll explain). These are large flies 5" to 7" in length great for pike ,bass or saltwater. Order some and have fun experimenting. Barryl
