I use a rod turner and chuck a 4" foam disc with a dowel through the middle. Don't you have a pac bay rf?

yup, got a rod turner. Just gotta figure out the dowel and foam disc thing. Not rocket science.

I found a suitable doll rod piece then bought a foam disk from Hobby Lobby placed small in the middle glued on the disk. when the disk wears out some years from now. Cut it off and place another one in it's place or just glue it on top of the old one. Your right not rocket science.
