Hi Y,all , I'm back, Sounds like I missed a great day at the casting clinic, however I have some good news from the winter/oil slick ravaged Florida. I didn't get much chance to fish how ever I got some good reports. The red fish survived well and many of the fresh water fishing is still very good, I all so saw some Amber Jacks that were in the 25lb + range on the docks at the cape.

I don't know I haven't marked that rod with a 20" mark yet. Those fish were caught in the ponds where our house is at. I was amazed at the size of the blue gill (bream to the locals) and how dark their color was. I swear the people had never seen anyone use a fly rod before they were coming out of their houses to watch us. (or maybe just to watch my brother who has fly fished very little, it was, shall we say interesting)
