1.) Tom Moran gave treasury report $2801.05 current balance. No response
from CPA who has financials Bill Lovell to contact book keeper
2.) Bill Lovell gave TFF-Niches Endowment for Riparian Areas Report
$13,444.03 plus $525.27 accrued interest balance. Bill also
offered to match any TFF contribution to Endowment. Thanks Bill!
3.) Les Ellers resigned. Dave Hosler accepted VP Information &
Technology office
4.) Dustin Tabert resigned from 2011 President but would like to stay on TFF as board member. Gary Newlon accepted President office in 2011
5.) Picnic tables construction complete and delivered to Fairfield Lake.
Club plaque installed
6.) Club purchased projector thanks to Barry Lawson's efforts & Carroll
County REMC.
7.) Debit card obtained for web site payments. Discussion to add second name. John Clanton made motion
and second by Dustin Tabert. Dave Hosler's name will be added.
8.) Website revamping discussed spearheaded by Dave Hosler and John
Clanton. Dave offered to set up member's TFF email address.
9.) October 2nd. will be second annual TFF Tournament. Meet @ 5:30PM for
meal. Gary Newlon will plan meal and cook. Gary will let members know what
to bring for meal.
10.) Fall Salmon Trip - October 8-10. Niles MI. email John Clanton for
details. 4 campsites were reserved. Motion was made and second that TFF will
pay $35.00/site- camp fees and grocery expenses, email John to confirm arrangements.
Jordan offered to hold fly tying meeting on 9/30 preparing
for trip. Email Jordan for more details.
11.) TFF Action @7:00 PM on October 21st. Members committed to contact
retail stores ,etc. to collect auction donations.
