The wildcat is well with in reach from my place. It looked like it was running a little high and fast, but I can give it a better look in the morning.

Forgot to check the Wildcat this morning. Also for that I will have Leif. So me putting on waders Saturday seems unlikely at this point.

Les do you mind if a few of us wade the wildcat after tying for a couple hours?

WHAT! Nobody's going to rub it in what a great time we had at Les's on Saturday! (Krebs, Radio you guys missed a good one. We can excuse Rick he needs his sleep. And anyone Else who thought about it.) First let me again thank Les and company for their gracious hospitality the chili was top notch. The flies were flying, the stories were bigger with each rendering (the trout king sure can crowd an eye............just kidding, Don you did a good job that's not a level 1 fly). Then we hit the Wildcat like a well oiled S.W.A.T. team orrrr maybe moor like the little car full of clowns in the circus. The fishing was not, but it felt good to be on the water (at least to those of us who didn't find holes in our waders after a long winters rest). The BS session at days end was one of legend as are so many with this club. To everyone who made it,mission accomplished " carpi Diem". And to Les if we didn't disrupt the tranquility of your little slice of heaven too much we look forward to doing it again.

I am glad everyone had a good time. Too bad we didn't catch any fish. The creek was about 9 inches higher than what I would consider good fishing conditions.
