After talking with the President about finding farm ponds to fish on, I came up with the idea of logging them easily. Google Earth earth.google.com/ is free and it is easy to use. It works really well on high speed Internet connections. When you are not connected to the net, you can still use the images you looked at on-line. What this allows you to do is add Tacks (Placemarkers) and name them. For me, this gives me a quick visual reference of places to fish. You also can type in notes for each placemarker which allows you to record your trips. This tool is also good for finding ponds that you can not see from the road. I hope this helps some of you out.

Very Cool. Map some out and take me along. This warmer weather is making me want to go. I hope it stays for the opener.
