The board met at Best Western @6:30pm. The main topic of discussion was to get more folks to club meetings and events. The main strategy was in the timing and number of notifications sent out for club functions and meetings. Also discussed were topics including a new revamped Indiana Fly Fishing Expo at the Indy fairgrounds (January 2015),updating the website, posting impromptu local fishing events, and 2015 membership fee reduction for 2014 year-end meeting participation. Don has also tentatively scheduled DNR Officer Seth Owens for the October membership meeting at MCL Cafeteria on October 16th. There will also be a mini auction so stay tuned for details.
