Hope this works. Its been awhile since I have posted pictures Got a Nikon on clearence and wanted to try it out. So here is the PANFISH CHARLIE; Olive is by far the best producer in streams and white in ponds. Hook - 9671 Mustad size 10, any 2x nymph hook Thread - color to match wing. Here I'm using UTC brand size 140. Eyes - Bead Chain Weight - 10 to 12 wraps of .01 lead (optional) Tail - Pearl lite bright or equivalent Body - Ice Dub (can use super fine with chopped tail material mixed 50/50) Wing - Marabou (original used rabbit) Crush barb and tie in eyes on top of hook. Wrap weight (optional) and tie in small clump of tail material. Trim to about 1/4 inch long. After flash more than movement. Dub and wrap body. I prefer to use a dubbing loop. I feel I have better control. Turn fly over and tie in wing. Length should be to the end of the tail. Wrap head. Now go out and catch some smallies.
