I'm a member on a website that gets outdoor gear for cheap, i think most of it is closeout stuff that they get straight from the companies that make it. Its a membership only thing but all you have to do to get in is know somebody on the inside.
They've got some fly fishing gear up for grabs right now for about the next week, I haven't seen much fly gear on the website but this is the second or third time they've run stuff through this summer so hopefully they're getting it figured out. They've got some waders, float tubes, and rods on there including some TFO rods for about $65. Just hit the link below if you want in to see it, you'll have to sign up for an account.
