I was wondering if any of you fish the D for browns? i heard there are a few in there and caught some while steeleheading this spring. Is it worth a trip up there? and what flies to use? any info would be great thanks!

I've fished it few times for steelhead in the fall and winter. Great little stream but really fast. Be careful if you wade and you might think of bringing a wading staff. Black stoneflies, green caddis and egg patterns are good flies for the Dow. we have recipes for all those flies here on our forum.
