Enjoyed the tying Thursday evening. Did anyone get any pics? I did come home with an extra bag of goodies. Anyone missing a Ziplock bag full of dubbing and flash materials?

Hey Rick,
Thanks for letting us stand over your shoulder! I really enjoyed watching you tie those drys. Being a novice at tying, I think I get more out of watching and asking questions than I do actually tying myself. Plus, I don't have to show how inept I am at it. The other thing is that I always seem to be short of material for the fly I wanted to tie and I'm kind of shy about "borrowing". It seems there are a lot of you doing your own thing on tying nights and, for now I guess, watching is my thing.

Hey Solo, never be shy about borrowing. Just say, "Hey! Anybody got some....?" Guaranteed it'll be tossed your way by several tiers. I've never belonged to a club of ANY kind who's members are as generous and giving as TFF! Best men and women in da woild!

Solo,
Like Barry says, don't worry about mistakes. However, I don't have an aw s*#t drawer. I go ahead and put em in my flybox anyway. I call em cripples. And do I have my fair share.

There is nothing like a day on the water, any water with fish in it.
