Didn't know exactly where to put this post, this seemed about the best. I have heard that there are crappie in the Fairfield ponds. Has anyone here caught any? Any of any size, number, etc? I want to catch some! Also, is it safe to eat any of the fish from these ponds?

Can't give you any expert advice but I was told there are Crappie in the west lake (the one on the same side of the road as the parking lot) and that they usually hang out on the south side (left side facing it) of that lake...but just what I heard...
Good luck and let me know!...

I heard the same. Southwest corner is the place that they hang out. The water is spring fed so I would say OK to kill and grill. I have had the trout from the big pond and it never affected me affected me affected me in any way. Go get them.
