Think I posted this in wrong spot so this is a repost. Well I went to Fort Harrison St. Park today to see if they stocked it with trout. They have stocked the lake and DNR was out checking licenses. I fished for about 4 hours. I hooked and landed one trout. Had a few other hits and one guy gave me the only one he caught. So I ended the day with 2. Another spin fisherman caught his limit extremely quick where I caught mine and called it a day. It was a little warmer than yesterday but still a little windy. Did not see any fish in the shallows either. Mike P.

Nice Mike - was wondering what flies you were using? Was the spinning guy using bait?

Jack, I was using small minnow type clouser that are supposed to be a bonefish shrimp pattern. I also had hits on small crazy charlies. The spinning guy was using trout bait from Dicks. I believe he said it was that pink paste stuff. Darting Coral Shrimp pattern is the closet pattern I can find on the web to the one I was using.
Was also glad to meet and fish you Radio.
Same to you Krebsie. I would be glad to be schooled.
