Just to keep everything cool with the by-laws. Board meeting minutes are to be in a public area.

The meeting minutes and club decals/clothing are available to the public. The only areas password protected are areas that still contain private information.

I think the question is that the Board Meeting Minutes are listed in the members section. This may be confusing being the only public listing in that section.

Moved the meeting minutes to it's own section for clarity.
